(Use a mirror to read the thermometer on yourself). Look at the boxes and check the colour.4.Green indicates the correct temperature.Use indoors at room temperature between 15°C and 30°C.As with all thermometers, do not take temperature up to 30 minutes after eating, drinking or exercising.The forehead responds rapidly to changes in internal body temperature.If fever is indicated (38°C and above) or in case of doubt, you should consult your doctor, especially with babies and toddlers.
